Booking Conditions

• Monthly rates: Apply to the minimum of a 3 month stay or longer.
• Minimum Stay: There is a supplement of R100 for 1- nighters!
• Peak Season: Minimum stay: 1 week and 2 weeks over the festive season,
  15 December to 15 January minimum booking of 2 weeks for two people.
• Low Season: For periods exceeding 2 weeks, a 10% discount may be applied.
• Children: Regret, No children due to the pool being unfenced.
• Indemnity: Guests please read and sign a waiver and indemnity form.
• Breakfast: By arrangement: R100 Continental/English/South African!
• Laundry: By arrangement & at own risk! R100 per load. Ironing R10 per item.

Payment and Booking Requirements

50% on booking secures your reservation and the balance is due on arrival! Unfortunately there are no credit card facilities but cash, EFT's or bank deposits are welcome. Cancellation 7 (or less) days of arrival forfeits the deposit, and there are no refunds for curtailment after arrival, by guests, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Conditions: All rooms are non-smoking, but do so happily outside!
